In honor of the show's 100^th episode, special guest Mark Mantovani is in studio to discuss why he is running for the third time for St. Louis County Executive but this time as a Republican. Mark shares his viewpoints on fiscal and social issues, how he would fix regional dysfunction, and what a Mantovani-run government would look like.
